Playing
Is Linebeast free?
Yes. Every world, every daily beast and every event is free to play.
I ran out of moves. What now?
Once in each game, your companion gives you three extra moves as a gift. After that you can try the level again as often as you like. Leaving more room on the board for your next shapes helps a lot.
When do I get my companion egg?
At hunter level 10. You earn hunter levels by winning levels and events. Once you have the egg, win a game to help it hatch.
Why did the game turn dark?
From 10 pm to 5 am Linebeast switches to its cozy night look by itself. To keep one look all day, open Settings and choose Light or Night under Look.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Once the game has loaded, you can keep playing offline. Leaderboards and sleepovers need a connection.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings and pick yours under Language.
Your progress
How is my progress saved?
On your device, and online with your player code, so you can bring it to another device.
How do I move my progress to another device?
In Settings, find Your player code and copy it. On the other device, choose Paste a player code, then Restore. Keep the code private: anyone who has it can load your progress.
In the iPhone and Android apps you will also be able to sign in with Game Center or Google Play Games.
Why is my progress gone?
In a browser, progress lives in the site's storage. Clearing your browsing data or using a private window removes it. If you saved your player code, use Restore to bring your progress back.
Privacy
How do I keep my scores off the leaderboards?
Open the leaderboard and turn off Put my scores on the leaderboard. Your scores then stay on your device. Delete my scores removes the ones already sent.
How do I delete all my data?
Open Settings and choose Delete all my data. It removes your progress from the device and everything we keep on our server, all at once.
How is my data used?
Our privacy policy explains what the game keeps, why and for how long.
